We do our best to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, origin, and manufacturing details where applicable. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly by batch.

All products sold on Glowly are sourced directly from authorized distributors, never from unauthorized resellers. Every item includes a batch code that can be verified against the brand's official website.

All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking, and Online Card Payments (where available).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud). You'll receive confirmation once your order is accepted.

• Same-city delivery: within 1–5 business days.
• Other-city delivery: within 2–10 business days.
• Delivery charges: calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

• Return window: within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition required: the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Refund method and timeline: approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 7–14 business days.
• Non-returnable items: opened, used, or damaged products (unless received damaged, incorrect, expired, or found to be non-authentic).

We guarantee that every product sold on Glowly is authentic and sourced from an authorized distributor. If you believe a product you received is not genuine, contact us immediately so we can investigate and make it right.
